Jalapeño Popper Chicken

Hey everyBUNNY! I’m back with another stuffed chicken recipe. What can I say. I love to stuff chicken! This is the second time I’ve made this and let me tell you, it’s even better now. It’s influenced by one of my favorite appetizers: bacon wrapped jalapeños with cream cheese. Yes! I used tamed jalapeños for flavor & mild spice here. If you want it spicier, you can use hot or grilled jalapeños and add cajun seasonings to the chicken. Spice level is up to you.

{2 chicken breasts}

After rinsing chicken, slice down the side to create a pocket

Add 1tbsp olive oil & rub in 2 tbsp @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning

In a bowl add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1/2 cup jalapeños, 1 tbsp @flavorgod ranch seasoning & mix well to create your “stuffing”

Stuff chicken breasts (pack it well)

Cut turkey bacon strips in half to make them thinner

Wrap chicken, by tucking each bacon strip under first & overlapping (be gentle & take your time)

Tip: if needed, use toothpicks to hold your bacon

Then gently bring your wrapped chicken over to lightly greased baking sheet

Cover with aluminum foil

Bake in oven at 375 for 30min

For crisping up the bacon, air fry at 360 for 10min
